The Classical Pilates Method

 The Classical Pilates Method of exercise and physical movement was designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body and mind. Classical Pilates teaches the exercises taught by the founder (Joseph Pilates) in the order that he taught them and the names in which he referred to them. Joseph Pilates intended that the session be a strong, full body and mind workout. 


Pilates is for every body and at Celia Jones Pilates, your workout will be tailored to suit your body's precise needs.
